Located in a beautiful home garden, TimeArt Studio is in the heart of Studio City's beautifully wooded (and historical) Colfax Meadows. A Baldwin grand piano sits in the curve of a wall of French windows overlooking the gardens. The interior design of the control room, main studio, and small room are colorfully coordinated with great windows. A very quiet central heat & air conditioning unit with UV & Hepa central air filters keeps the studio comfortable and dust free at all times. There are plenty of comfortable chairs with portable work tables for those who prefer to bring their own synth or computer. The control room has hardwood floors. The kitchen is newly tiled with filtered water at the sink and has a full complement of appliances and utensils for eating with coffee & tea available. The full bathroom is just off the main studio. A Studio Manual & Take-Out Book will help you feel more at home. Quick copies of music can be made in the studio. Our experienced engineers are available for most projects or you may prefer your own engineer.

ProTools 9.0.1 and Digital Performer 7 with plug-ins such as Omnisphere, Stylus, GigaStudio, XPander and more are run on the 27" iMac 8G Quad-Core with the latest SnowLeopard operating system. The keyboard is a Yamaha Motif XS-88. High-end microphones such as the AKG C12vr & Neumann U87 are run through a John Hardy Mic-Pre so the vocals are pristine and simply fabulous. The overall sound is impeccably clean (using the best Mogami & Switchcraft wiring) so you can confidently record broadcast quailty final product as well as incredibly professional sounding demos! Each room has been acoustically treated and you can comfortably fit 6-8 singers or a string quartet in the main room and 2 or 3 musicians/singers in the small room. The workstation is on wheels for easy access to the back of the equipment if necessary.
