During your private session, the practitioner plays the quartz crystal singing bowls while you relax on the massage table in your own comfortable clothing, surrounded by beautiful semi-precious stones and minerals. The sustaining sound of the singing bowls works to harmonize your body, mind, and spirit. 'Dis-ease', ilness, and suffering are caused by a distortion of the vibration of the body's cells. The vibration of the crystal singing bowls and tuning fork circulates and balances your energy center and entrains the cells to vibrate evenly and freely, thereby, re-establishing homeostasis.
